Corn Maze in the Heat

About the time I got to high school corn mazes became THE thing to do in the fall. There were several within a 20 mile radius and we'd go to a different one every weekend. They are just as popular now, and I have to say I enjoy them so much better when it's 80* as opposed to 50-60* like it was in Idaho.

We went yesterday to one just a mile down the road from our house. It was sunny and bright and hot. I loved every minute of it. Ken and Syd would have liked it a little cooler, but we're about to have months of cold, so they can handle a little bit of heat :)

I got a new app on my phone called Picframe. I really like how it lets you make collages out of many pictures. And it's so easy.

This corn maze has a Clue-like game set up where you have to find out which animal committed the crime with which weapon in which location. There are checkpoints all throughout the maze that elimnates a suspect until you're left with one that hasn't been punched out.

Corn maze in t-shirt and shorts. Love it.

There was one lookout spot. You couldn't really see anything, except how big the maze really was.

Children of the corn.

How much fun- corn maze in warm weather? What a novel idea-- it was always soof reezing ass cold-- you were numb and tired by the time you were done- much better in 80 degrees- hopefully the weather holds!!!
