Every year a grief counselling place in St. Joe holds a 5k run/walk/rock as a fund raiser. The route is thru a pretty part of town and down by the beach. We've done it a couple of times, but missed the last 2 years. This time Ken, Syd, Storm and I all walked it.

I don't know the exact number of people who turned up, but it seemed like a lot when we were all waiting at the start line.
We hung out in the middle of the pack until all the runners had gone ahead.
Storm was still pretty excited as we were getting started. You can see the death grip Ken had on her :)
We got to walk right past the lighthouse.
And see some beautiful huge beach houses.
Storm was so worn out by the end she was the one slowing us down! We stopped for a cold drink on the way home. She was so tired all she could do was rest her head on the seat.
It was a great day for a walk, and a good way to support a local business.
